Finance and Administration - Manager

Responsibilities
  • To manage the financial affairs, taxation and investment of the company
  • To oversee data inputted in the accounting systems and prepare financial reports
  • To review and ensure the intergrity of interface data from insurance processing systems to accounting systems
  • To plan and control the annual budget of the company
  • To formulate and implement financial management system
  • To monitor and check statutory filings and fulfill other information requests by AMCM
  • To provide administrative support to company

Requirements
  • Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years or more financial and/or insurance industry experience, which minimum 2 years management experience
  • Familiar with finance process and tasks
  • Rich insurance and legal knowledge
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good command of MS Office including Word and Excel
  • Organized, analytical and able to work independently
  • Work experience in insurance company would be an advantage
